Worse PadThai I have ever had. Chicken dry and food flavourless! Don't waste your money

Great food great service

The only reason the food here gets good reviews is because everything has a ton of sugar in it. The pad thai sauce was syrupy. My husband has a huge sweet tooth and it was too much for him. I got the Tom Ka soup and it was only coconut milk with a hint of the other flavors that are supposed to be in it. The service was great though! I won't be going back because all the sugar gave me a raging headache and it was way too expensive for something I can make better at home.

The server is a delight! We go there once a week and are greeted like old friends. The food is always fresh and made from high quality ingredients. Delicious Pad Thai and Curries.

Very good Thai food! We recommend take out. One of our waiters didn’t look like he should work in that restaurant (un polite and not groomed). The dining are definitely needs an upkeep or at least some candles for a better atmosphere.

Very good food. I suggest asking what the specials are for the day if ordering take out because they're not on the downloaded menu.

Standard Thai. Good for the area and most of metro Phoenix. They also serve miso and noodle soup.

For several years I have enjoyed the good food and quiet, friendly atmosphere of this restaurant when I am in the area. Last night was and unwelcome exception. I ordered food to go and went home happily expecting a good diner and enough leftovers for at least two more meals.I ate some of the coconut soup. It was full of MSG, I was sick within the hour. Later I opened the fish yellow curry which I deliberately ordered because it clearly says "grilled" fish on the menu. They didn't mention the breading. I am gluten intolerant so there went my whole dinner. Don't think I will bother going back.

Very good Thai food and service. This was our first time the restaurant. We have lived in Cottonwood for 5-years and passed by many times. We were not disappointed. It has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We were greeted and seated immediately. The menu had a large variety of dishes and this night there were 5 specials. The service and food are great. We will be back again. We are sorry we put it off for 5-years

In 4 years, I have never had a bad experience & have always enjoyed everything. When they say Authentic Thai, this time they mean it. Not some corporate chain. Family owned & operated gives this place the extra touch it needs. If course you can judge the Pad Thai and Yum Nur yourself, but in my humble opinion, you won't be disappointed.

Been a long time since eating at this establishment. Service, as always, exceptional, polite, caring.Given its location in the northern AZ desert, the quality of the food is fine. Bordering on good. Sadly the Americanized expectations of what Thai food is.While not to promote gluttony, instead looking for value, the pricing for lunch items seems extremely high compared to the sizes of the dishes. A disturbing trend being seen widespread across lower end establishments. Much better than many choices in this town, however.

Mai Thai On Main was wonderful. The food was excellent. Very flavorful, and the spice level was just what we asked for. The staff was that we encountered were very friendly, accommodating and professional. We had a wonderful time and amazing food. We were traveling, and would recommend this establishment to anyone living or traveling in this area. It was Wonderful!

Love the staff and the food, especially the "Coconut Princess", but wish they would repaint the interior with more than one color; I think the cocoa brown walls and ceiling are a little too bold and heavy for such a large dining room.But the food keeps me coming back...

Friendly staff that was kind and socialize with us as we had drinks at the bar, while we waited for for our order. We had the coconut soup (five stars all on its own), the sweet and sour beef was very savory, full of roasted veggies and did not disappoint. My wife ordered the chicken curry and nuts which she raved about and left her wanting more.Thank you for a great dinner. I'll be back.y

The BEST Thai food in the Verde Valley- Hands down. Ann is always there for you in the afternoons to greet and make sure everything ok. Never a problem there, Waitress' very proficient, and we tip the cook too- because the food is Great Every time, Our Favorite place to go out to eat, great atmosphere too.

Spicy Panang Curry Chicken. I order it every time, and am never disappointed. My wife orders the Pad Thai with Chicken - she's always happy too. The staff are wonderful and friendly! One of our favorite places in town.

Ok so I live in town and my gf loves this place. But every time we order I'm not happy at all. So last time we ordered about 1 month ago I got the spicy basil entree with chicken it was mushy and had about 4 maybe 5 very small pieces of chicken and the rice was mush very bad. Now today June 17th we ordered again she got the orange chicken which she liked. I got the shrimp and vegy tempura. The tempura was awful it's not even tempura its panko and very greasy very very disappointing. Also I got the thai fried rice with beef which was ok considering I'm very hungry... so heads up to future guests maybe look for something else that u know u will like.

It's okay. They close at 3 and reopen later for dinner. I miss the little thai that was in old town cottonwood. Their food was better.

Great food and great service. I would recommend to lighten the spice level if you are not a spicy food person. If you are, then you will definitely love the hot spice levels.

Very tasty authentic Thai dishes and very prompt and courteous service. I've been there 3 times now and will definitely keep coming back! Their curries are delicious and I loved their coconut shrimp. My husband and I just love Mai Thai! Their coconut soup is amazing and the BEST we've ever had! We always get it with chicken. It's loaded with tons of veggies, and the depth of flavor is wonderful. We also love the cashew nut chicken. Service is friendly and efficient, and the decor is really pleasant. Highly recommend!

Had the lunch Pad Thai and Pad see ew . Both came with a small garden salad . The dressing was sweet and tasty . The meals arrived promptly and we're beautiful and hot . Both dishes were sweeter than we are used to but well prepared . The reason for 4 stars was the protiens were over cooked and dry.we got the Iced tea and coffee both were delish.I recomend and will be back ..!

One of Northern Arizona's best Thai Restaurant's, friendly and excellent service. The yellow curry is amazing with just the right hint of ginger and spice. My favorite.

The food is prepared to perfection. It's fresh, crisp, never over or under cooked. Veggies and meats are tender. The prices are reasonable and the portions are most generous. Highly recommended!

Orange chicken the only dish I get, and the homemade egg rolls are the best!!!! My husband usually gets curry of some sort, always yummy

I love this place. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. But of course, the main component is the food. Which was amazing! The flavors were absolutely perfect.

This place is amazing, the food is just great. Service is on par, people are waiting for the doors to open outside it’s so good. You need to check it out. It’s authentic Thai food at its best for this area. Great date spot too
